Our "Ready to Ship" wigs are fully customized, just as seen on the website. Minor custom notes can be added at checkout for specific styling; extra charges may apply. All of our wigs are machine-sewn for the perfect stitches to give the most flat and natural look while also preventing shedding.
Please be aware when using the "Build A Wig" service that due to the intricate nature of crafting each custom wig, your order is immediately prepared upon payment confirmation. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

After receiving your wig order, limited alterations are available to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. However, please be advised that we do not accept returns on custom wigs, as each piece is tailored specifically to your specifications.
